Where is Winked Studio located?
Our home-based studio is located near Bloor & Islington in Etobicoke. The full address is provided upon booking.
Which lash service should I choose?
Classic offers a natural finish, Hybrid adds soft fullness, and Volume creates a fuller look. Wet Sets offer sleek texture, while a Lash Lift & Tint enhances your natural lashes. Visit Services & Pricing to compare the options.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
For lash and brow appointments, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. For lashes, make sure there’s no mascara or eye makeup remaining.
For waxing, exfoliate 48 hours before your appointment and allow the hair to grow to at least the length of a grain of rice for the best results.
When should I book a lash fill?
Fills are recommended within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment and you must have 40% of your lashes remaining.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
All cancellations and reschedules can be done through the Fresha App where the appointment was booked.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We offer worldwide shipping. It can take anywhere from 3-10 business days depending on your location. Shipping details are provided when you place an order.
How can I track my order?
Tracking number will be sent once the order is placed.
Can I return or exchange a product?
All products are final sale.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Trainings
Do I need previous lash experience?
All of our classes are open to all levels, expect for our Fanning Workshop which is for students looking to perfect their fanning techniques.
What is included with training?
Training includes a course-specific kit, a training manual and a certificate upon completion. Visit the Training page for more information.
