Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your visit to Winked Studio.

Booking Deposit

A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.

Deposits are non-refundable. They may be transferred to a new appointment when a rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.
• Cancelling with at least 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit remains non-refundable. If you wish to keep your deposit toward another visit, please request a reschedule instead.
• Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new $20 deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment without cancelling beforehand, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required for any future booking.

Requesting a Change

Please manage your appointment through Fresha or contact us at info@winkedstudio.com to request a cancellation or reschedule.

The notice period is measured from when your request is received to your scheduled appointment start time.

Before Your Visit

For lash and brow appointments, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. For lash services, ensure all mascara and eye makeup have been removed.

For waxing, please exfoliate 48 hours before your appointment and ensure the hair is at least the length of a grain of rice.

Consultation forms are required for brow lamination and waxing services. Please complete your form before treatment.

Booking Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
